For the Dads (Late Father's Day)

I know I am so behind, we had a very tragic death in the family right around Father's Day and I just didn't find the time to do the post that I to do for Father's Day. However, I feel that I still needed to honor the fathers in my life.
My dad is one of the strongest, most spiritual men I know. He has been through so much in his life and has always come out the other side a stronger more faithful person. I admire him so much. I know that I don't always do what he wants me to do and I have let him down more than once but I know that he will always love me and will always forgive me. I can always count on him for advice, a blessing and my favorite... a hug. There is nothing like a hug from my dad! The bond that we have is so special and honestly, there aren't really words for it. He is an amazing grandpa or "papa" as Ayden so lovingly calls him, and his grandkids adore him. There isn't anything this man can't do or fix, we would be lost without him! I cherish the relationship I have with him and I respect him so much. He may not always think so but I truly do. I love him more than words can say and will always be his little "muffin".
Daddy, you are my hero. I love you and I am so thankful for all you do. I hope that someday I can be half the person you are. I have always and will always look up to you.

I can't forget my husband, and the father of my child. He is so strong and keeps me together when I think that I will surely fall apart. He is such a good dad and I know he loves Avery as much as I do. I hope that someday I will see him hold our child in his arms but this time with a smile. I am so proud of him and I love him with all of my being.
Happy Late Father's Day to all the other dads in my life too... my father-in-law- who I just adore, my brother and brothers-in-law and my grandpas. I love you all!

What a nice tribute to your father. I agree, He is an incredible man. Miss that he is not in our ward anymore.
