Hi, my name is Emily and I'm a friend of Charise's here in Philly. We used to walk a few mornings a week and during one of those walks she told me about you and your sweet baby Avery. I stumbled across your blog last night and finished reading the entire thing today. I hope that is okay.
Oh my... every time I think of you I cry. Your strength has amazed me and I think it's wonderful you are documenting your path as a woman and a mother. It's so hard to understand why we are given the trials we have, isn't it.
Last night after I had read most of your entries I looked in on our 9 month old sleeping baby girl and was reminded how precious life is and how important it is to appreciate it because you never know how long it will last.
I'm certain your baby Avery chose you and Skeet to be her parents and that she's loving watching her mommy and can't wait to hug you!

I think she's with you every day! She's lucky to have parents like you guys!
Those are lovely pictures. And, I love how the two pink balloons drifted away together. I'm sure she was looking down and smiling at all of you.

I love the picture of the pink balloons flying away together. I think that is one to frame to remember that she is here.
