How far along: 33 Weeks!
Size of baby: This week your baby may be anywhere between 17 to 19 inches in length and weigh more than four and a half pounds. At this stage in fetal development, your baby could grow a full inch more this week alone — especially if he or she has been on the shorter side. Weight gain can range from a third more growth to a full doubling before the big debut.
Weight gain: Ugh... 25 pounds!!
Maternity clothes: Mostly. Some of my longer shirts still fit and may until I deliver! Although I do seem to be growing out of some of my maternity clothes... I wish it would get warm already so I could live in my gauchos and flip flops!
Gender: BOY!!
Movement: Wow! Have we been feeling a lot of movement... and seeing it too! It seems as though he is trying to get out! He pushes and stretches constantly and sometimes it hurts! I love it so much! I know I am going to miss that most!
Sleep: Oh I am so tired! It has become very hard to get comfortable and stay comfortable. It has also become hard to breathe while I am lying down so I have to prop myself up on a lot of pillows! I won't lie, sleep is one of my favorite things in the world, but I am still very happy to be pregnant and I will deal with this minor inconvenience. I know it's only going to get worse so I sleep when and where I can!
Symptoms: Back pain, feet and hands swelling, heartburn, headaches, braxton hicks, occasional cramping, gas, constipation, itchy skin, acne (bad acne), ... the list goes on and on but to be honest... I LOVE IT!!
Cravings: My sister-in-law made these delicious brownies this weekend... I was craving them so I got the recipe and made some myself... yea, not even close! I wonder if it's just cause someone else made them that I loved them so much. They were delish!
Best moment this week: Well Dr S said that everything looked great at our last appt. My cervix is still high and posterior which he says is a good thing! No further dilation this week and he feels comfortable going another 2 weeks before seeing me again. I really haven't felt a whole lot of contractions lately which makes me really happy! This little boy may just go the full 40 weeks (fingers crossed!)
What I am looking forward to: We are having an ultrasound today!! I get to see my little monkey and I can't wait! Unfortunately, Skeet is out of town and won't be there. But my sister is in town and since she won't be here when Sawyer makes his debut, she will be joining me for the show today. I hope we get some good shots of him and I cannot wait to see how much he has grown. It must be a lot cause my belly is getting huge!! Also, we start our childbirth classes this week... Skeet won't be here for the first one but my mom has agreed to go with me even though it's her birthday that day. She is the best mom ever!!

Yay for 33 weeks!! Have fun at your sono today!
I swear that God designed the third trimester and the inability to sleep to prepare you for the sleep deprivation of having a newborn!
