Um, hi. You don't know me, but I found your blog...I can't remember how, actually...and couldn't help but comment. Hope that's ok.
I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with my own miracle-after-2 1/2-years-of-infertility baby. No drugs, no nothing. In fact, it was only a few days after our first visit to a fertility clinic that I found out I was pregnant. Surprise!
Anyway, I'm so happy for you. I can't even imagine how you are feeling after having lost your darling Avery, but what a wonderful blessing this little boy must be for you. Congratulations!
And, just for the record, I've been hearing about a lot of miracle pregnancies lately. I don't know what's going on, but I get the feeling God has something pretty spectacular in mind for all these precious souls he's been waiting to send for so long.
I found your page randomly through a friends page and gasped when I saw that you had a baby pass due to skeletal dysplasia. I just lost my little girl in August from it. I'm new to this site, found it through a friend that lost her baby. Just so good to know that I'm not alone. That there are other people that were also 1 in 60,000 because getting those odds when you find out you are losing your baby made me feel so alone. Congrats on the pregnancy though! :)
Oh he looks perfect! Those tiny feet are to die for! Thanks for answering my question. I can't wait to see what your nursery will look like. Let us know your theme/colors so we can pretend we are helping you decorate! :)
